Our Appointment Cancellation Policy:
It is essential that you provide 48 hours cancellation notice, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee. This is due to your appointment being maintained for you specifically and cannot be offered to anyone else unless 48 hours notice is given. Your co-operation is appreciated.
In the event that you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee will apply. In the event that you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session fee will apply.
